Waterfront

Lake Norman is known for its beautiful waterfront communities.  Crescent Resources has developed many of these subdivisions using the finest builders and landscape architects.  Additional developers have enhanced the area with gorgeous waterview and waterfront homes including homes that compliment the asthetics of each development.
